As a Site B Member, you can now ride an Evolve E-Bike anywhere and everywhere for free!

Ride an Evolve nearby to grab a coffee during break time, or keep it over the weekend for up to 72 hours to enjoy some fun riding!

Set up your business profile

	Click here to sign up or link your personal Evo account to your business profile
	Evolve will verify your identity within 24 hours. An invitation will then be sent to you to complete your registration.
	Click on "Set up my profile" on the invitation email, then select "Already have an account?"
	Once you've logged in, just close the window (no need to click 'continue') and we'll follow up with an email once your account is approved.

Unlock & hit the road

	Download the Evo Car Share app and login with your account created
	Find an Evolve E-Bike at 3012 Murray St or 2617 Murray St
	Scan the QR code with your App & unlock the Evolve E-Bike
	Wear a helmet & hit the road
	When making a stop during your trip, use the “Pause” button to secure your Evolve
	End ride at one of the two Evolve parking zones ONLY by hitting the “End Trip” button on the App

*All rides are free of charge - you may see a $0.1/min rate on the app, but it will be waived automatically

No, all rides are free for Site B Members. The fees will be waived automatically.

Where can I END my Evolve ride?

You may end your Evolve ride ONLY at the Evolve parking zones 3012 Murray St or 2617 Murray St by hitting the “End Trip” button on the App.

Not securing your Evolve properly or leaving an Evolve outside designated parking spots can result in a fine.

Where can I PARK my Evolve?

During your Evolve ride you can temporarily park anywhere you would park a personal bike, such as at a public bike rack. You must hit the “Pause” button on the app to lock and secure the e-bike. You may not leave your Evolve unattended overnight in any public area.

What happens if my battery dies when I’m on a ride?

It is your responsibility to ensure that your Evolve ride ends at the designated parking at 3012 Murray St or 2617 Murray St. You should ensure the Evolve you select has sufficient battery levels to complete your entire journey. Evolves that have been abandoned may subject you personally to a fine. In case you need help, please reach our call centre at 778.722.1714, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Members are liable to all damages, personal injuries, and fines in accordance with our Member Agreement.
